Job summary

TRU LAND Equipment is seeking an experienced Grain Drying Equipment Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain grain drying systems across Indiana and Ohio. You will perform both setup and testing, troubleshoot motors, PLCs, and electronic components, and read wiring diagrams to ensure reliable operation.

Candidates should have 1+ year of service repair experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience performing grain drying equipment service repairs.
• Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using Technical Manual procedures with limited re-work.
• Knowledge of electronics and electric components; PLCs.
• Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams; diagnose and troubleshoot systems.

Responsibilities

• Setup, test, and run new grain dryers and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair grain dryers, electric motors, PLC control systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace electronic components.
• Change bearings and other moving components as needed.
• Read Schematics and wiring diagrams; interpret technical procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
