Plant Science – The Grain Crop Production Lab is seeking a Research Assistant

Are you passionate about outdoor work and agriculture? Interested in learning about plants and building your CV for a career in agriculture? This internship involves:

1. Assisting with field and lab research on crops like soybean, corn, and wheat.
2. Collecting and processing plant and soil samples.
3. Establishing field plots, planting, and harvesting.
4. Traveling to research sites, including farms, and working outdoors.
5. Operating a motor vehicle (valid US driver’s license and background check required).
6. Interacting with professors, students, and research staff.
