Qualifications

Job description

Flores Innovations LLC is looking for an experienced and dependable Millwright to join our grain bin construction crew.

This is a hands-on position working with grain handling equipment, mechanical systems, repairs, installation, and maintenance. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of relevant experience who can work while also being part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and replace grain handling equipment

• Change and repair gearboxes

• Repair and maintain elevator buckets and elevator systems

• Work with belts, motors, fans, augers, sweeps, and conveyor belts

• Replace and repair bushings and drags

• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and make necessary repairs

• Assist with equipment installation, removal, and maintenance

• Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication as needed

• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely

• Work as part of a crew on grain bin construction projects

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant millwright, mechanical, industrial maintenance, or equipment repair experience

• Experience working with grain handling equipment is a plus

• Mechanical troubleshooting experience

• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus

• Comfortable working with hand and power tools

• Able to work outdoors and in different weather conditions

• Comfortable working at heights and around heavy equipment

• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team

• Able to work 10+ hour shifts when required

• Willing and able to travel to different project locations

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Pay

Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
