Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT exam completed or ability to take within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tunnel design development including shafts and linings.

• Maintain organized design documentation.

As a participant in our brand‑new graduate program,Blueprint, launching in October 2026, you’ll embark on a structured three‑year development journey designed in collaboration with an award‑winning learning provider. The program blends immersive learning experiences with mandatory development sessions to build the professional, commercial, and personal effectiveness skills to equip graduates to thrive and lead in our business.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting in the development of tunnel designs, including shafts, linings, and underground structures
• Performing engineering calculations and support structural and geotechnical analysis
• Develop and review engineering drawings using CAD and modeling tools
• Support preparation of feasibility studies, technical reports, and design deliverables
• Contributing to internal design reviews and QA/QC processes
• Maintaining organized design documentation and records
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (geotechnical, structural, civil)
• Participating in internal project meetings and track actions
• Support preparation of presentations and technical summaries
• Buildingconnections through our Early CareerProfessionalsNetwork
