Analog Devices, Inc. in New Jersey, invites you to join as Associate Design Evaluation Engineer.

You will assist in evaluation, characterization, and validation of semiconductor products throughout the development lifecycle, perform bench testing, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Design, Test, Applications, and Product Engineering teams. The role emphasizes developing hardware/software tools, documenting procedures, and ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in design evaluation, validation, testing, or related engineering roles.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
• Exposure to programming, scripting, or automation tools such as Python, LabVIEW, C/C++, or similar technologies.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in device evaluation, characterization, and validation activities using standard test methods and laboratory equipment.
• Collect, analyze, and document measurement data to support engineering decisions.
• Support debugging and root-cause analysis of product functionality and performance issues.
• Collaborate with Design, Test, Applications, and Product Engineering teams to validate product performance.
• Assist in developing and improving hardware, software, or automation tools used for evaluation and testing.
• Document evaluation procedures, test results, and technical findings.
