Graduate Technical Consultant - Indianapolis - Hybrid - $85K + benefits

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customizations for ERP systems to support specific business requirements.
• Develop scripts, automated workflows, and custom reports to optimize system performance.
• Support integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and file-based interfaces (SFTP).
• Assist with data tasks including validation, transformation, import/export, and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using logs, reproduction steps, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders during requirement gathering, design, development, and deployment phases.
• Document technical changes, deployment steps, and issue resolutions clearly and effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of data structures and basic SQL.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git.
• Demonstrated ability to work within ticketing systems and communicate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience
