This role will assist Professional Surveyors with CAD production, boundary analysis, research, legal descriptions and easement preparation, deliverables review, computations, and compliance with state statutes under the responsible charge of a Professional Land Surveyor. The ideal candidate holds a Surveyor in Training certification, a four-year degree (preferred) and/or 3+ years of field

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform boundary analysis and research.
• Experience with legal descriptions and easement preparation.
• Attention to QA/QC checks and adherence to state statutes.
• Collaborative work under the supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Professional Land Surveyors with CAD production and boundary analysis.
• Conduct courthouse research and property boundary evaluation.
• Review deliverables and perform computations.
• Coordinate with field crews and office staff.
• Maintain current knowledge of surveying trends, software, and equipment.
