Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 consultation with graduate students and faculty on thesis submission processes.
• Coordinate graduate student workshops and thesis formatting guidance.
• Evaluate submissions for format compliance according to university guidelines.
• Track submission status and communicate with students, mentors and supervisors.
• Staff events and office reception duties; maintain punctual attendance.
