Qualifications

• Be enrolled full-time in a UWG graduate program.
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Meet eligibility to work in the US.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong writing/grammar; maintain confidentiality.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Stone Center’s social media pages and coordinate with the Dean’s office to keep the center’s webpage current.
• Manage and distribute the Stone Center’s monthly newsletter to key stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support and assist with graphic design for Start‑Up Boot Camp, Family Business Retreat, Roundtables, and Design Thinking workshops.
• Collaborate with campus partners to raise awareness of the Stone Center’s programs.
• Foster collaboration with UWG student organizations as a liaison.
• Ensure adherence to university communications guidelines.
• Attend and support all Stone Center meetings and events, assisting with logistics.
• Represent the Director in classroom presentations and student engagement.
• Perform other duties contributing to the Stone Center’s success.
