Job summary

Join Mott MacDonald in Los Angeles as a 2026 graduate through our Blueprint program, a structured three-year journey blending immersive learning with mandatory development sessions to build professional, commercial, and personal effectiveness skills.

You'll design engineering solutions, inspect sites, participate in client meetings, and refine technical designs while collaborating with mentors and teams in a hybrid office setting that values curiosity and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  • Preferred: EIT exam completed, or ability to take within 12 months.
  • Demonstrated interest via internships, volunteering, or memberships.

To be considered for this 2026 opportunity, here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or related field
  • Preferred: successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months
