GHD is seeking a Graduate Consultant to join Strategy & Commercial Advisory in Irvine or San Francisco. You will support advisory assignments across infrastructure sectors, conduct research and analysis, and contribute to high-quality outputs under guidance from experienced consultants.

The role is designed for an early-career professional who is curious, analytical and collaborative, translating complex information into practical client insights within a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in related discipline (economics, finance, business, policy, engineering, planning, data analytics).
• 0–2 years experience; internships or co-op welcome.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multidisciplinary advisory projects, deliverables on time and to quality.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research; analyze data and benchmarks.
• Prepare client materials and present findings to diverse audiences.
