Job summary

Glean is hiring University Graduate Software Engineers for roles in Backend, Product, and ML engineering. You will design, develop, and maintain software powering our products and services, with team placements considering interest and openings.

Roles require strong coding skills across Go, Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++, plus experience with distributed systems and ML/NLP tasks. Hybrid work onsite in Palo Alto or San Francisco is offered.

Qualifications

• Undergrad or graduate degree in computer science or related field completed before joining.
• Strong coding skills in Go, Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++ with solid data structures knowledge.
• Experience building infrastructure for distributed systems or cloud-native apps and shipping ML/NLP models.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure problems from design through production launch.
• Write robust, well-tested code and design docs.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize impactful roadmap items.
• Mentor junior engineers and learn from seniors.
