Job summary

Amazon is seeking graduates for the 2024 Graduate Software Development Engineer Program. If you recently completed or will complete a CS/CE degree, you will work on scalable systems and innovative products across a large distributed environment.

You will collaborate with experienced Amazonians, design and build technologies, and contribute to high-impact services reaching millions of customers worldwide.

Qualifications

Graduated less than 12 months ago or about to complete a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields at time of application.
Familiarity with syntax of languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
Knowledge of CS fundamentals such as object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem solving and complexity analysis.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and bring to market innovative products and services.
Design and build technologies in a large distributed computing environment and help lead fundamental changes in the industry.
Create solutions to run predictions on distributed systems with exposure to innovative technologies at scale.
Build distributed storage, index, and query systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, and easy to manage/use.
Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software.
