Independence Health System Inc. is seeking a Graduate Nurse, RN for Spring 2027 across all locations. The program pairs new grads with mentors in a 12-month Nurse Residency, advancing through orientation, classroom learning, and independent practice with supervision.

Eligible grads enroll in a structured pathway with growth opportunities. Requirements include PA licensure within six months of graduation, BLS, and graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent required, licensure in PA within 6 months.
• BLS certification required; Act 33/34/73 clearances required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide complete nursing care under supervision for a patient group.
• Assess patients, document findings, and implement care plans.
• Educate patients/families and coordinate discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure outcomes.
• Participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives.
• Demonstrate leadership and mentorship within the department.
