Job summary

Independence Health System Inc. is seeking RN graduates for the Fall/Winter 2026 Graduate Nurse program across all locations.

The role involves supervised nursing care for patient groups, enrollment in a 12-month Nurse Residency with phased learning, and mentorship opportunities to ease transition from student to clinician. Candidates must be graduating in Fall/Winter 2026, with strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to completing licensure and BLS requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in nursing.
• Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program.
• Must sit for NCLEX exam within 90 days.
• Current RN license required and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Participate in Nurse Residency Program with three-phase progression.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.
• Assist in teaching and discharge planning as part of patient education.
