Responsibilities

• Assesses plans, organizes, and evaluates nursing activities for patient needs.

• Evaluates effectiveness of interventions and revises plans as needed.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and participates in unit-level decisions.
• Supports nursing leadership and mentors teammates within the unit.
