• Cross-functional program leadership across product, operations, policy, data science, engineering, and regional teams.
• Develop prioritization frameworks to manage program scope, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Serve as a thought partner to leadership and drive alignment on strategy, execution, and success metrics.
• Data-driven execution translating complex datasets into actionable risk insights using SQL, Hive, or Spark.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to evaluate risk features and governance mechanisms.
• Drive continuous iteration and performance evaluation of risk mitigation strategies based on data and feedback loops.
• Create scalable processes and standard operating procedures to improve quality, efficiency, and SLA adherence across risk workflows.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, policy, and regional operations teams to align on global standards for enforcement and escalation.
