Job summary

AIRBUS Defence and Space Limited in the UK seeks graduates for the AGGP2027 program, to grow into an RF Test System Engineer. The two-year development journey includes hands-on RF hardware exposure, formal training, and rotational placements across Test Operations or Systems Integration.

You will work in a collaborative environment, develop leadership potential, and gain deep insight into Airbus' business and technologies while contributing to secure, innovative aerospace projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in RF/test systems or related engineering field.
• Experience or coursework in RF test systems, network analysis, or signal processing.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, integration, and validation of RF test system solutions.
• Support full lifecycle of test solution development with documentation and reporting.
• Gain proficiency using Keysight measurement systems for network/spectrum analysis.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end Test System Development Cycle and quality processes.
• Acquire hands-on experience with RF hardware such as amplifiers and converters.
• Participate in a rotational placement within related departments.
