Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in LLM training infra, including optimization for training workloads or inference infra.
• Experience with AI agent infra or related research areas.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop key technologies to optimize AI infrastructure stack (training infra, inference infra, AI agents).
• Collaborate with academia and open source communities on joint development.
• Follow latest research and industry trends and perform in-depth analysis.
• Present research and products in academic papers or venues.
