Through close collaboration with experienced bioethics researchers, research assistants gain skills in empirical research methods, study design, and data collection in a supportive team-based environment. Research assistants may also gain skills in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and scholarly writing. Research assistants will have the opportunity to participate in selected graduate classes and seminars while working in this role. Past trainees have gone on to study at graduate, medical and law schools across the United States.
