Role:

Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate, quality care in a clinical setting. Responsible for assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient needs, promoting safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and coordinate care plans, deliver treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. Actively engage in team goals, decision-making, and organizational improvement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
