Role: A Graduate Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, performing, and evaluating patient care to promote safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and coordinate care plans, provide treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in decision-making, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty training program (Bachelor’s preferred). Compassionate care, strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability are essential.
