Mott MacDonald is seeking graduates for our Blueprint program in Seattle, WA. This three-year development journey blends immersive learning with required sessions to build professional, commercial, and personal effectiveness skills for tomorrow's engineers.

You'll work with experienced engineers, project managers and mentors, tackling real projects, attending client meetings, and developing design and documentation skills.

The expected salary for this position is $81,000 - $85,000

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
