Job summary

All Options in Austin is seeking a motivated university student for a full-time role starting February or August 2027. You will explore options theory, learn our systems, and build trading intelligence tools, while progressively contributing to P&L-generating activities as your knowledge grows.

You’ll help develop automated analysis programs, trading algorithms and pricing models, bridging statistics, trading and technology to deliver data-driven insights to trading teams and management.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a university program with expected graduation 2027 in a quantitative field.
  • Interest in financial markets and options trading.
  • Proficiency in Python or C/C++ and ability to apply theory to practice.
  • Excellent English communication and teamwork skills.

Job description

What You’ll Do:
  • Dive into options theory, learn our business operations, and become familiar with our systems
  • Build and maintain business and trading intelligence tools
  • Progressively contribute to P&L-generating activities as your knowledge grows
  • Play a pivotal role in developing automated analysis programs and trading algorithms
  • Your work will bridge statistics, trading, and technology, providing data-driven insights to trading teams and management
  • Monitoring and optimizing strategy performance
  • Designing and building automated trading and position management algorithms
  • Enhancing pricing models
  • Building, maintaining, and improving the company’s codebase and technology stack
Who You Are:
  • Currently enrolled in a university program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 pursuing a bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related discipline
  • A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading
  • Result-driven and able to prioritize
  • Strong at pattern recognition
  • Excel at applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges
  • Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, C+, C++, etc.)
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Availability for full-time employment starting in February 2027 or August 2027
