All Options is growing and therefore we are looking for a Graduate Quant Trader to expand our Austin, TX quant trading team! Role & Responsibilities

The Graduate Quant Trader will start with a probationary 6-month period where you will join a cohort for an extensive training program that combines advanced theory with hands-on market-making experience. This position is expected to start in June 2025.

Your journey includes:
  1. First 4 Weeks: Diving into the fundamentals of options theory, trading systems, and tools through engaging lectures and hands-on shadowing sessions led by our experienced traders as well as learning our business operations and becoming familiar with our systems.
  2. Next Phase: After passing the mandatory FINRA SIE and Series 57 exams, putting your knowledge into action under the close guidance of a mentor quant trader, complemented by continuous coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
  3. Graduating: Evaluating your progress throughout the 6-month training program and upon successful completion, you will graduate by joining one of our trading teams where you will contribute directly to our dynamic, data-driven environment.
In this role, you will:
  • Dive into options theory, learn our business operations, and become familiar with our systems.
  • Build and maintain business and trading intelligence tools.
  • Progressively contribute to P&L-generating activities as your knowledge grows.
  • Play a pivotal role in developing automated analysis programs and trading algorithms within a few months.

Your work will bridge statistics, trading, and technology, providing data-driven insights to trading teams and management.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring and optimizing strategy performance.
  • Designing and building automated trading and position management algorithms.
  • Enhancing pricing models.
  • Building, maintaining, and improving the company’s codebase and technology stack.
Your Profile
  • A bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field such as STEM, Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance.
  • A strong interest in (option) trading and financial markets, supported by relevant coursework or experience.
  • Result-driven and able to prioritize.
  • Strong at pattern recognition.
  • Excel at applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges.
  • Coding is second nature to you, with Python experience considered a valuable asset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ready to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
