Job summary

Wilshire at Lakewood Care Center is hiring Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) to join a mission-driven healthcare team. New grads are welcome and shifts are 12 hours, with full-time, part-time and PRN options.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care, administering medications, supporting physicians, and participating in care planning with the team, residents, and families. Flexible scheduling and a commitment to compassionate care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Practical Nursing program and eligibility for Missouri licensure.
• New grads are welcome to join the nursing team.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts across full-time, part-time or PRN roles.
