Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care after an orientation period under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe conditions and report changes in status.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or be pending licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
