Job summary

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care under RN supervision. You will deliver nursing care, assess needs, administer medications, and support care planning for residents.

Eligible candidates have graduated from an approved vocational nursing program and hold or are pursuing licensure with the State Board of Nursing. Prior rehab or geriatric experience is preferred; full-time roles with competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pursuing licensure.
• Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under RN supervision.
• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
