Carriage Square Rehab and Healthcare Center in Saint Joseph, Missouri, is seeking Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) to deliver high‑quality resident care. Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
Administer and record medications and treatments.
Assist physicians with procedures and treatments.
Educate and support residents and their families.
Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team.
Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
Document observations and care provided.
Ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
May assist with unit management or serve as charge nurse.
