Job summary

CVS Health in Marysville, Ohio is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams and complete a 120-day training roadmap under your preceptor. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice, learning patient safety, DUR, and professional standards while delivering caring service.

As readiness grows, you’ll take on greater responsibilities in management, operations, and patient interactions, including immunizations and counseling under supervision, to prepare for licensure

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program.
• Ability to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Follow SOPs and apply patient safety and quality standards in daily tasks.
• Provide immunizations and pharmacy services where allowed by state law and training.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and communication with patients and team.

Education

PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program

Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within state timeframe
