Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program designed to train and prepare interns for pharmacist responsibilities within their store teams. You will learn under a licensed pharmacist, participate in SOPs, and support immunization and patient services where allowed by law.

Responsibilities include assisting with prescription processing, patient counseling under supervision, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy workflow across stores in the market.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines. Failure to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation will result in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure that pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions filled promptly, safely and accurately.
• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation.
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in customer interactions and maintain patient privacy and safety
