Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States offers a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program where you will apply your didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice under a preceptor and follow a comprehensive 120-day training roadmap designed to prepare you for a Pharmacist role.

You will support the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescriptions, participate in patient care activities such as immunizations where allowed, and learn SOPs, standards, and effective communication

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from a U.S. accredited program is required.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot between tasks, and ensure prescription label accuracy
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: assist patients and work with the pharmacy team

Education

PharmD degree from a U.S. accredited program
