Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program designed to prepare you for a Pharmacist role. Under the supervision of a pharmacist and district leader, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation, gaining hands-on experience in pharmacy operations, patient safety, and drug utilization review.

You will learn to counsel patients, process prescriptions, manage inventory, and support immunization services where permitted.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program.
• Must obtain Pharmacist licensure within 120 days.
• Must have, or be pursuing, intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular shifts in CVS Pharmacy to support operations.
• Assist with patient counseling and prescription handling.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Provide immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed.
• Travel to market stores as needed.
