Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic knowledge to real-world practice within our store pharmacy teams. You will follow a comprehensive 120-day training roadmap, reinforce SOPs, and develop readiness for a Pharmacist role while maintaining patient safety and excellent service.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate and eligible for pharmacist licensure.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Preferred: immunization certification and ability to work across the market to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in required training; schedule availability includes nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient service.
• Counsel patients and answer questions under pharmacist supervision.
• Support inventory management including receiving deliveries and cycle counts.
