Job summary

You will gain experience in immunizations, counseling, prescription processing, and SOP adherence while supporting the pharmacy team and advancing toward Pharmacist responsibilities.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to starting the Post-Graduate Training.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within state timelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient safety and privacy.
• Counsel patients, answer questions, and support immunization services when allowed.
• Handle telephonic prescriptions and clarify orders with prescribers as needed.
• Support inventory tasks and learning activities during training roadmap.
