Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task over a period of time; pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: actively help people in a friendly manner; understand patients' reactions and respond appropriately
• Communication Skills: use verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues; active listening
• Mathematical Reasoning: compute totals, days supply, and bottle counts for prescriptions
• Problem Resolution: identify challenging patient or colleague interactions and choose best course of action
• Physical Demands: be mobile; lift, scan, bag, reach, and handle items; visual acuity for transcription and inspection
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager

Education

PharmD degree (US accredited)

Pharmacist licensure within state
