Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning to real-world practice, under a preceptor and district leader. You'll contribute to patient safety, SOP adherence, and quality drug utilization, while supporting pharmacists and technicians in daily operations.

You'll complete a 120‑day training roadmap, gain exposure to immunizations, DUR, and patient counseling, and grow toward a future Pharmacist role within our pharmacy teams across the market.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Must be able to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the stated timeframe per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to support patient care and operations.
• Provide immunization support and patient counseling under supervision as eligible.

Education

PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program

Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within state guidelines

Intern and/or technician licensure in process
