Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our pharmacy team and gain hands-on experience while completing a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap designed to prepare you for a Pharmacist role.

You will work under a preceptor, learn SOPs, and contribute to safe, patient-centered care in CVS Retail locations as you develop clinical and technical skills for future responsibilities.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a US-accredited program before starting Post‑Graduate Training at CVS Health.
• Must obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe; failure to do so may result in separation of employment.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Assist with immunizations, patient counseling, and other services when allowed by state regulation.
• Adhere to SOPs, participate in training roadmap, and contribute to patient safety and quality assurance.

Education

PharmD graduate (US-accredited)

Licensure in progress/obtaining intern and/or technician license

Ability to obtain Pharmacist licensure within timeframe (120 days)
