Job summary

This role offers hands-on coaching, immunization opportunities where allowed, and a clear path toward licensure and independent pharmacist duties.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient service.
• Provide empathetic patient interactions and escalate issues when needed.
• Participate in the comprehensive training roadmap and develop clinical knowledge.
