Job summary

CVS Health in Florida is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world settings and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under a preceptor, you will complete a 120‑day training roadmap focused on store, district, and regional operations.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, develop patient counseling skills, and learn standard operating procedures while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: assist patients and collaborate with the team to ensure service quality
• Communication Skills: use verbal and written communication to interact with patients and colleagues
