Job summary

CVS Health Corporation recruits a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply academic learning to real‑world practice under a pharmacist preceptor. You will follow a 120‑day training roadmap to deepen knowledge of store operations, patient safety and drug utilization reviews, and contribute to a patient‑centered experience.

You will assist with dispensing, counseling, immunizations where allowed, and ongoing professional development to prepare for a Pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program prior to starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Patient service and pharmacy teamwork are essential for success in this program.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance including nights and weekends as required.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients and support immunization services as allowed by law.
• Support pharmacy operations and SOPs across workflow areas.
