Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic training in real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist. You will complete a 120-day training roadmap, support pharmacy operations, and help ensure safe and timely prescription processing while delivering compassionate patient care.

As readiness grows, you will take on greater oversight of operations, supervise workflow, and participate in immunizations and other services as permitted by state regulations.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before starting the program.
• Active licensure pursuit for pharmacist/intern as required by state law.
• Experience in pharmacy/retail/customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients, answer questions, and collect medical history as appropriate.
• Assist with immunizations and other patient care services where allowed by state rules.
• Follow SOPs and participate in coaching and training of staff.
• Travel to stores in the market to support business needs when required.
