Qualifications

• Academic doctorate in nursing is required.
• Active FL RN or APRN license; or eligible to obtain FL licensure within 30 days of hire.
• Eligible for graduate faculty status.
• Non-nurse trained candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach Core DNP or FNP courses; lead practicum courses within the track.
• Develop and revise Graduate Curriculum with the Assistant Dean for Graduate Program.
• Recruit prospective graduate students to the FNP major and review study plans.
• Manage OSCE within the track and oversee student clinical rotations with clinical faculty.
• Coordinate with Clinical Coordinator to recruit high-quality clinical preceptors.
• Oversee student logs, hours, and certification requirements for the program.
• Facilitate admissions, matriculation, and completion of major courses.
