Job summary

Endicott College is seeking instructors to teach graduate nursing courses for the Fall 2026 semester. Courses will be delivered in person on campus, with the schedule coordinated by the Program Director or Dean.

Faculty are expected to meet program outcomes and use the college’s policies and Canvas LMS for coursework. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree and demonstrate the ability to guide graduate nursing students, assess learning, and communicate effectively with the Dean and students.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required for graduate nursing instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the course(s) as discussed with the Director or Dean in assigned time blocks.
• Abide by Endicott’s academic policies as described in the College’s faculty handbook.
• Use the course description and honor the learning outcomes of each course.
• Use Canvas as the course’s learning management system.
• Meet deadlines for roster verification and submission of grades.
• Communicate with the Dean or other administrators if issues arise concerning the teaching of specific classes.
• Meet with students if they request assistance or need clarification for any course-related matter, if requested.
• Provide samples of student work that may be used for assessment purposes.
• Use Endicott email when communicating with students outside of class.
