Job Details
  • Schedule: Full Time Nights (36 hrs/week)
  • Location: Sixth floor of the Tower at Freeman Hospital West
  • Unit: 20-bed ICU step-down, caring for high acuity patients requiring close monitoring
  • Focus: Patient-centered care with emphasis on the "why" behind care decisions
Responsibilities

Under the supervision of professional RNs, systematically assesses the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of patients and families; plans and implements interventions; evaluates effectiveness; and adjusts care plans accordingly to ensure safe and effective care.

Requirements
  • Must obtain a Missouri RN license or a compact state RN license within 90 days of graduation or 30 days after passing the NCLEX in a non-Missouri state. Compact license must be in the state of residence.
