Job summary

Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill seeks a Graduate Nurse Telemetry for the 7 Main unit. You will apply the nursing process, deliver consistent care, and monitor patients on telemetry during 12-hour night shifts.

Eligible full-time staff receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a 50% Penn State tuition discount for eligible dependents, along with a comprehensive Total Rewards program including health benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license required or pending licensing in state of employment.
• BLS certification required prior to orientation.
• ACLS certification required prior to end of orientation.

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process for telemetry patients.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Incorporates knowledge of the nursing process and the professional standards of nursing in daily practice. Applies knowledge of growth and development to perform detailed assignments/interventions. Provides consistent care based on the changing physical and psychosocial needs, unique to the patient.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Graduate Nurse with a Temporary Practice Permit or currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.

• AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period

• Obtain AHA ACLS certification prior to end of orientation period
