Job summary

Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a Graduate Nurse for the InPatient Telemetry Care Unit 8 West. The role follows the nursing process and professional standards to adapt care to each patient’s evolving needs.

The position is 0.90 FTE with night shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am) and a $5.00/hour night differential. Eligible employees may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a 50% tuition discount for the employee and dependents starting Jan 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Graduate Nurse with a Temporary Practice Permit or currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
• Obtain AHA ACLS certification prior to end of orientation period

• Follow the nursing process and professional standards in daily practice.
• Apply knowledge of growth and development to detailed assignments/interventions.
• Provide consistent care based on patients' changing physical and psychosocial needs.
