Mercyhealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized patient care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. You will administer medications, document care, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality.
The role is 36 hours per week with day shifts; ADN required, BSN preferred, and current RN license in Illinois. Qualifications include CPR/BLS within 90 days and unit-specific certifications as needed.
The Registered Nurse provides individualized patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation while administering medications and treatments according to established standards. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team, educates patients and families, and uses clinical judgment to support patient safety, quality, and continuity of care.
