UPMC Carlisle is hiring graduate nurses as full-time Professional Staff Nurses. This program supports new graduates as they launch their nursing career in a busy hospital setting.

As a Professional Staff Nurse, you will provide patient care, demonstrate empathy, communicate clearly, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to achieve positive outcomes.

Shifts/Hours:

Our RNs work a variety of shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage on the floor.

Graduate Nurses must be eligible for State Board Licensure and successfully pass examinations before beginning this role OR ability to start with TPP and must obtain license within 6-months of starting.

Applicants will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary from the My Nursing Career Ladder based on their individual experience and education.
