• Assess patient needs based on history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data.
• Plan individualized nursing care to meet age-specific needs.
• Provide nursing interventions per the Plan of Care and physician orders.
• Utilize EMR for census, orders, results, and documentation.
• Participate in patient safety initiatives and ensure proper handoff during shift changes.
• May float to assist in other like units as needed.
